CREDIT TERMS

All orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order and the remaining 50% will be collected at the time of delivery unless a credit account has been established. We accept Visa, MasterCard and company checks. Orders past 30 days due will accrue finance charges of 1.5% per month.

FILE FORMAT

Artwork needs to be a vector based file such as EPS, DXF, AI or FS. Make sure artwork is converted to curves or paths before uploading or emailing to us.

SALES TAX

Florida customers will be charged Florida State Sales Tax unless a valid tax exemption certificate is on file.

MINIMUM ORDER

A $50.00 minimum order applies on all cut dimensional letters, logos and signs.

PAINT MATCH FEES

A $45.00 paint match fee if the paint match is approved by AccuLetters or $60.00 paint match fee if a sample is requested for customer approval.

DELIVERY 

All letter orders under $300 are F.O.B. Longwood, Fl. Method or carrier of shipments will be at our discretion, at the customers risk and expense, unless otherwise specified. Any special packaging or sorting requirements needs to be specified with your quote request. Otherwise we will use our standard packaging and sorting procedures. Any items over 32” in any dimension will require a crate. This will be listed on your quote. Crating of some orders will require that they ship via Common Carrier. We will ship with your account number with your carrier of choice if requested when the order is placed.

DAMAGES

Inspect all packages upon receipt. Any damage to the package or the package contents which are either obvious or hidden, must be reported to the transportation company upon receipt of the shipment. Please report any other problem to AccuLetters LLC with pictures within 14 days.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, letters, logos and component parts are produced as orders are received. For this reason, products are not returnable or cancellable after an order is placed. Changes to an order in production may incur additional charges. Before returning any product, please call us for a return approval number. All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of the order and must be shipped prepaid. Any product sent C.O.D. or without an approval number will be refused.

LIMITED WARRANTY

AccuLetters LLC warrants its products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. The warranty covers repair or replacement of the letters or letter components at AccuLetters discretion. Removal and installation of any replacement or repaired letters is not covered with this warranty. Under no circumstances will the warranty exceed the amount of the invoice.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Before installation, customer must determine the suitability of the product for intended use and customer assumes all risk & liability in connection therewith. AccuLetters is not responsible for injury, loss or damage that results from the use of or the inability to use of our product.
